Position Summary
The Athletic Trainer serves as the primary healthcare professional for the school's interscholastic athletic program.  The Athletic Trainer reports to the Athletic Director for administrative matters but operates under the clinical direction of a licensed Directing Physician in accordance with Massachusetts state law.  The Athletic Trainer is responsible for the prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-play management for student-athletes across all sports while promoting the health and safety of all student-athletes.

Work Schedule and Event Coverage
The Athletic Trainer is expected to work a flexible 10-month schedule that includes afternoons, evenings, weekends, and school vacation periods as required by practices, competitions, and postseason events. Daily work hours will vary based on the athletic schedule.

Benefits & Compensation:
Annual salary range: $55,000 – $65,000, commensurate with education and experience.
